At Stimulus, we offer an extremely well-rounded Functional Fitness program that includes and improves every aspect of fitness and athleticism including overall strength, speed, power, coordination, spatial and body awareness, and balance. We’ve developed a comfortable environment that encourages friendly competition that will gently push members outside their comfort zones where the true benefits await. All our classes are coached by a knowledgeable and experienced trainer who is well-versed in the functional movements.

Along with Stimulus’s functional fitness area we offer a plethora of bodybuilding equipment and resources. The bodybuilding coaching staff at Stimulus have competed in numerous bodybuilding events including bikini, classic physique, physique, figure and bodybuilding themselves, and are excited to share their education and experience.
Stimulating muscle growth requires constantly varied exercises, the best designed machines, and other tools we have under our roof to maximize your time spent in the gym. For example, we have a large “Leg Day” dedicated section that will help you achieve your fitness goals physically and aesthetically, and stage lights to allow you to work on your posing.

Looking for one-on-one training? We have you covered! The personal trainers at Stimulus Health + Fitness are set up with the proper tools to give their clients an advantage over the competition. This isn’t your typical corporate gym with inexperienced trainers using cookie cutter workouts - our trainers have multiple certifications and years of experience. Your trainer will create individualized workouts based on your goals, and help you achieve those goals both in and out of the gym. Open gym is for people who are supplementing their gym experience or are training to participate in competitive events. We have a limited number of open gym spots to ensure you are not spending your time in the gym waiting for equipment and to minimize risk of injury to yourself or others.
