I'm Kaleb Nilsson, a passionate and dedicated fitness coach with a mission to transform lives through personalized training and nutrition guidance. With years of experience in the industry, I have helped individuals of all backgrounds, from first-time gym goers to competitive athletes, achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential.
My approach to coaching focuses on more than just physical transformations; it encompasses a holistic view of health and well-being. I believe that true transformation goes beyond the number on the scale or the mirror. It involves cultivating a positive mindset, fostering healthy habits, and nourishing the body from within.

Jackson Cirillo

Strength Trainer/Powerlifting Coach

I have one true passion, and that’s helping show people what their bodies are truly capable of. I have had the privilege of working with athletes from all walks of life and have helped them achieve goals they thought otherwise impossible! Whether it be increases in general strength, achieving a desired physique, overcoming life altering injuries, conquering mental obstacles, or PRing competition lifts, my team and I have done it all.

The days of powerlifting being a hobby for big hairy dudes who can’t do more than 3 reps without gasping for air are over. Powerlifting is a sport, and it’s here for everyone. Teenagers, females, retirees, people who are brand new to the gym, and anyone in between, I’ll teach you the methods of training required to be your best.

Having traveled around the country to compete in powerlifting at a high level myself, I have the knowledge and experience to help you become the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of yourself. So let’s get to work!

Josh Joyner

Josh Joyner, Co-Founder and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at GRIND Sports Performance.

Born and raised in Northern Nevada, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Western Oregon University.

With a passion for athletics forged during my college football career, I graduated with honors and embarked on a journey in sports performance coaching. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of working at some of the best sports performance facilities on the West Coast. My experience spans from youth to professional athletes in various sports.

My career has been marked by helping athletes advance their careers through gaining strength, speed and overall athleticism. While in college I was honored to present at the Academic Excellence Showcase for a training program I designed, opening numerous doors to internships at employment opportunities. I was invited to Spellman Performance during the 2021 NFL Draft training. There, I gained invaluable insights into how top-tier athletes prepare for career-changing events like the NFL Combine and Pro Day.

What drives me is witnessing the transformative power of hard work and dedication. Seeing my athletes achieve their goals, whether it's gaining muscle, losing fat, increasing strength/ speed/ power, or gaining confidence, brings me immense joy. My guiding values are simple but profound: "Train hard, work smart, dream big."

My current focus is implementing the knowledge I've gained through my athletic and coaching experiences to deliver remarkable results for my clients. I aspire to become the go-to resource for athletes seeking to elevate their performance to the next level.

Beyond the gym, I find joy in spending time in nature with my wife and kids, engaging in activities like hiking, snowboarding, basketball and biking. I'm an avid follower of Jesus Christ, a dedicated reader, and a lifelong learner. I firmly believe that the path to true joy in life is found through relentless dedication, progress, and pushing past perceived limitations. #GRIND4JOY
